Your builder delivers a less than satisfactory job, for example\u2026 or your neighbour builds over your boundary \u2026and perhaps someone somewhere owes either you or your business money.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t go looking for trouble like this, but you can prepare for it. All you need do is decide who to call if you get involved in a dispute of any type.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avoid Action If Possible<\/strong><br \/>\nIn many cases it is possible to avoid full legal action just by getting some sound legal advice at an early stage. We are happy to advise all our clients in this way and help them avoid going through the courts and to try to minimise any cost.
