Comprehensive Service
We are able to deal with all matters relating to a deceased person's affairs and estate. This can include preparing all of the appropriate probate application papers, obtaining the appropriate Grant from the Probate Registry, dealing with all the Inheritance Tax aspects and Inland Revenue enquiries, dealing with the general administration of the Estate, i.e. collecting in all of the estate funds, seeing to the payment of any legacies and all the estate liabilities and the distribution of the net estate to the residuary beneficiaries. We can also if necessary deal with the sale of the deceased's house including the disposal or clearance of any contents.
