Residential Property Development

Peter Lever is our Senior Partner. He has over 40 years' experience in property dealings and therefore heads up our Residential Property Development department at Lynch Hall & Hornby.

Peter has been instrumental in putting together the many services we offer on the property front. For example he takes a major role in our Residential Property Development department. He is assisted by Simon Glick.

We act for major house builders in acquiring land for development purposes.

We also deal with the subsequent development of new housing and commercial estates, drafting the necessary documentation, negotiating the form of such documentation with the Land and other Registries, liaising with architects, selling agents and the NHBC, and generally smoothing the path for eventual sale to the general public.
